It grows back pretty fast if you’re not buzzing it! I find that having shaved/trimmed head hair bits keeps the “I WANT ALL HAIR CUT/DYED” urges down, because you have to maintain it. It lets you get to know your haircut.
Man, I’ve had the sides shaved since 2008 and although I’ve played with the length of the middle bit, that’s remained a constant. So I say YUSS.
